- Provide support and respond to inquiries.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Identifiable Information to third parties.

- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
4. Data Security and Financials
- No Payment Processing: Missions21 does not process, collect, or handle any financial transactions, support payments, or credit card information. We are an informational platform only. Terms of Service for Missions21
Last Updated: March 12, 2026
By accessing or using the Missions21 platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Eligibility and Account Verification
- The “US-Base” Clause: All missionary accounts must be linked to a verifiable U.S.-based sending church or mission board. Missions21 reserves the right to deactivate any account that cannot provide verifiable proof of a U.S. base.
- Account Integrity: You represent and warrant that the ministry information provided (church, board, and field) is true and accurate. Misrepresentation of ministry credentials will result in immediate termination. We reserve the right to verify any information submitted on Missions21.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Local Church and “Other” Mission Board Policy
- To maintain the integrity and focus of our platform, Missions21 requires all missionaries from local Independent Fundamental Baptist churches and “other” mission boards to complete the doctrinal section of their profile questionnaire. Completion of this section is a mandatory requirement for your information to be discoverable by churches and pastors via the missionary finder.
- 24-Hour Grace Period: New users have 24 hours from the time of registration to begin and complete the mandatory doctrinal questionnaire.
- Automatic Deactivation: Failure to submit the completed doctrinal section within 2 days of registration will result in the automatic deactivation of your Missions21 account.
3. Intellectual Property and Media Consent
- Proprietary Content: All materials provided on Missions21, including but not limited to the 75-point doctrinal and methodology questionnaire, the video format, branding, and software code, are the exclusive property of Missions21 LLC.
- Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your personal deputation and ministry management. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or “scrape” our proprietary questionnaires for use on other platforms or for personal distribution.
- Media Release: By participating in the video interviews or uploading media, you grant Missions21 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content with registered pastors and churches on the platform.
4. User Conduct and Content
- Ministry Standards: Users must maintain professional and biblical standards in all communications.
- Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the doctrinal and ministerial claims made on your profile.
- Registration: Access to missionary profiles is limited to registered pastors and churches. Use of the “Finder” tool or viewing missionary data for purposes other than ministry vetting is strictly prohibited.
5. Financial Disclaimer
- Not a Mission Board: Missions21 is a technology platform and resource provider. We are not a mission board, an agency, or a clearinghouse.
- No Payment Processing: Missions21 does not process, handle, or take a percentage of support payments for missionaries. All financial support must be handled directly through the missionary’s local church or mission board.
6. External Links and Third-Party Services
- Missions21 may contain links to external websites (such as mission board sites or personal missionary blogs) that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
7. Termination of Service
Missions21 reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or a deviation from the stated “like faith and practice” standards of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Missions21 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. We provide the tools for connection but are not responsible for the success or failure of a user’s deputation or ministry.
9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be settled informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of North Carolina. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees.
10. Modifications to Terms
Missions21 reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
